Please note, that the submitclaim@roanokegroup.com email is for submitting a new claim only. To follow-up on an existing claim, email bmcclaims@roanokegroup.com and one of our claim analysts will assist you. Your newly submitted claim will be acknowledged within 48 hours. To adhere to the FMCSA regulatory requirements, Roanoke’s claim team will contact the property broker to mediate the resolution of the claim. Most claims are paid within 45 – 90 days of submission. If both the property broker and the claimant enter a dispute, a court judgment may be required for Roanoke to issue payment against the bond.
