ATA Carnet Specifics
- Name of Authorized Rep must be listed in Box “B” of the ATA Carnet.
- May need letter of POA from Holder Company
If a vehicle is being driven on an open road for a rally, contact Japanese customs or a local transport bureau for the necessary procedures before obtaining an ATA Carnet.
