Dennis Gates has served Roanoke as Regional Vice President since 1983, managing our New York office. As a licensed insurance broker specializing in cargo insurance, errors & omissions, property/casualty and bonds for transportation specialists, he plans and implements sales initiatives with an emphasis on service and quality to provide a competitive edge. Dennis cultivates new and repeat business through diverse marketing and sales methods in an increasingly rate competitive environment. He develops accounts with many global clients in the U.S., Europe and Asia, including some of the largest customs brokers and freight forwarders in the world. Dennis’ efforts are supported by top-notch Roanoke service and claims teams.

Dennis’s previous insurance experience includes Claims Manager for Washington International Insurance Company.
